European Metrology Network for Advanced Manufacturing

The network will support an effective coordination of the European metrology community in the challenges of advanced materials, both for manufacturing processes that produce these and those that use them.

It will support sustainable innovation, with increased input and visibility in areas such as high levels of quality control, risk assessment and in implementing the regulatory requirements corresponding to their handling. This includes working towards closer links with regulatory bodies and the OECD WPMN, as well as increased contribution to standardisation efforts.
