EMPIR project (15SIB01 FreeFORM) Reference algorithms and metrology on spherical and freeform lenses will develop new measurement capabilities within European National Measurement Institutes to routinely measure higher-performance aspheres and freeform surfaces  below 30 nanometres.Results from the project will be presented at the conference.
