In many countries, Designated Institutes (DI) play an essential role in developing and maintaining the national metrology infrastructure. It is EURAMET’s objective to further extend and strengthen the collaboration with the DIs to get them effectively and fully integrated in the EURAMET community and its activities, as well as stimulating their role to actively and creatively contribute to the metrology developments at their national levels.
On Thursday 18th and Friday 19th of February 2016 EURAMET is organising a workshop on ‘Challenges for full integration of DIs within EURAMET’.
Invitees: The event aims in first instance at DIs, but also addresses NMI representatives, national designating and financing authorities and EURAMET Technical Committee chairs.
