The International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering is a well-established and leading forum in the field of plasma as well as ion- and particle beam assisted surface modification and thin film technologies.
As part of the conference programme EMRP project Dynamic mechanical properties and long-term deformation behaviour of viscous materials (IND05 MeProVisc) will hold a stakeholder meeting. During this meeting there will be a series of talks covering: 'Traceable measurements of instrument drift', 'Dimension and mechanical property measurement of viscous materials – data generation', 'Development of new analysis methods for measurement of dimensions and mechanical properties of viscous materials' and 'Creating impact: case studies and standardisation'.
