EMPIR project Advanced PV energy rating (16ENG02, PV-Enerate) aims to provide the measurement infrastructure, techniques and guidance to support emerging photovoltaic (PV) technologies, which have the potential to significantly reduce the cost of photovoltaic energy.
Members of the project consortium will be running a session at the training school. The school will focus on the special requirements and challenges of integrating PV into the built environment and grids, with a focus on the determination and prediction of performance and reliability. School trainees (students, researchers, educators and practitioners) will participate in expert lectures, interactive seminars and practical courses.
