Online Symposium on Standardisation and Harmonisation in Clinical Chemistry

On Friday 16 October 2020, EURAMET’s European Metrology Network for Traceability in Laboratory Medicine will be hosting an online symposium at the 18th National Congress of the Greek Society of Clinical Chemistry & Clinical Biochemistry.

The symposium on ‘Standardisation and Harmonisation in Clinical Chemistry’ will be taking place from 9:30am - 11:30am CEST (or 10:30am – 12:30pm EEST); including talks from Elias Kakoulidis from the Hellenic Institute of Metrology (EXHM/GSCL-EIM), David Auerbach from the German national measurement institute (PTB) and Vincent Delatour from the French national metrology laboratory (LNE).

Through this symposium, TraceLabMed aims to provide a forum for exchanging expert knowledge concerning the value of metrology for external quality assessment (EQA) and analyte prioritisation. Topics such as the challenges facing reference method development in medicine and the benefits of of reference method target values in EQA schemes will also be covered.

How should join:
All stakeholders with an interest in standardisation in laboratory medicine can participate (clinicians, IVD manufacturers, EQA providers, metrologists, lab professionals)

Registration:
