The EMRP project High temperature metrology for industrial applications (>1000 °C) (IND01) will enable more efficient operation of industrial processes, reduced energy use and lower greenhouse gas emissions, by developing a range of measurement methods accurate at high temperatures.
The final workshop will give an overview of the project followed by short but in depth presentations about the various new approaches that have been developed and trialled as part of the project. The meeting will be a workshop with time given at the end of each presentation for discussion to facilitate transfer of ideas from the researchers to the possible users of the techniques developed in the project.
