The World Conference on Regenerative Medicine will encompass a broad range of topics in regenerative medicine from biomaterials to biomarkers, regulation and stem cell technologies. The conference also supports a large industrial exhibition where international researchers and biotechnology companies can extensively demonstrate how far translation of current technology could reach and how research could be implemented as products.
There is a planned session presentation at the conference for the iMERA-Plus JRP Regenmed - Metrology on a cellular scale for Regenerative Medicine.
The Regenmed JRP represents a major international collaboration on measurement techniques used for regenerative medicine, which is innovative therapy based on the use of stem cells and tissue-engineered medical products. In particular, research will be carried out on imaging, biomarker detection and studies of protein and cell behaviour of surfaces that could potentially improve current inadequate measurements.
