Bilateral comparisons on transmittance and luminous flux
Project Description
A bilateral comparison will be developed piloted by IO-CSIC following the same protocol as in the corresponding key comparison. The comparison will be registered in the KCDB, so that UME will be able to support their CMC.
Final Report 2019-02-01
The comparison has been completed and results are published in the KCDB.
Progress Report 2018-01-15
As already stated in the last report dated on January 2016, the comparison on regular transmittance was abandoned.
Regarding the comparison on luminous flux, the protocol was prepared following that of CCPR-K4, and finally approved on June 2017. Since then, measurements have been done by both participants according to the schedule, and results sent to the secretary of the KC-WG for witnessing. First version of draft A has been prepared by the end of December.
Progress Report 2017-01-13
As already stated in the last report dated on January 2016, the comparison on regular transmittance was abandoned. Regarding the comparison on luminous flux, the protocol was prepared following that of CCPR-K4, and sent to EURAMET TC Chair for approval as KC and registration in the DB of BIPM. The KC WG asked again for some changes in the protocol during this year. Those have been already done and the protocol resent to them. Hopefully the protocol will be approved by January 2017 and measurements will be done during the first trimester of 2017. Comparison could be finished this year 2017.
Progress Report 2016-01-25
The comparison on transmittance was abandoned. After the TC-PR EURAMET meeting held in 2015, both partners decided to stop this comparison since EURAMETPR-K6 was programmed to start soon. The procedure to register the comparison as a bilateral comparison in the BIPM data base was not concluded, although the technical protocol was presented for approval of the CCPR WG on comparisons. Regarding the comparison in luminous flux, the protocol has been prepared following that of CCPRK4, and sent to EURAMET TC Chair for approval as KC and registration in the DB of BIPM. The protocol was sent back by the Working Group on Comparisons of CCPR. Some changes had to be done since a new guide for bilateral comparisons had been approved. These changes have been incorporated to the protocol, but a new measurement calendar has to be agreed on with UME. The new protocol will be addressed to EURAMET TC-PR Chair in 2016 in order to send it back to the CCPR WG on Comparisons.
Progress Report 2015-01-21
Regarding the comparison on transmittance which has been registered at the BIPM data base as EURAMET.PR-K6.3, participating laboratories have decided to close this comparison since the EURAMET TC-PR K6 has been started this year.
Regarding the comparison in luminous flux, the protocol has been prepared following that of CCPR-K4, and sent to EURAMET TC Chair for approval as KC and registration in the DB of BIPM.
