Comparison of the realisations of the dewpoint temperature in the range from -40 °C to 20 °C
Project Description
The objective of the project is to perform bilateral intercomparison of dewpoint realisations of MIRS/UL-FE/LMK and IMBIH in the range from -40 °C to 20 °C. Results will be used to support CM entries of IMBIH.
The protocol will be base on EURAMET.T-K6, project 621.
Final Report 2016-08-19
The project has been completed and the final report can be downloaded here>>.
Measurements are finished in both institutions in the whole range from -40 °C to 20 °C. LMK piloted the comparison and it has provided the link to the EURAMET.T-K6 through its primary dew-point generator PGR-LMK-01. Measurements were first performed at LMK, proceeded by IMBIH (carried out by the newely developed primary dew-point generator), and finalized again in the LMK. The draft B - final report (see supporting report) shows agreement of the results in the whole measurement range. The analysis of result was also presented at the TEMPMEKO 2016.
Progress Report 2016-02-11
Measurements are finished in both institutions in the whole range from -40 °C to 20 °C. LMK piloted the comparison and it will provide the link to the EURAMET.T-K6 through the primary dew-point generator PGR-LMK-01. To control the drift of the transfer standard, measurements were first performed in LMK, proceeded by IMBIH (carried out by the newely developed primary dew-point generator), and finalized again in the LMK. The first draft of the results shows agreement of the results in the whole measurement range. Slightly marginal inconsistancies were detected at -40 °C, which requires further analysis. The analysis of result are planned to be presented at TEMPMEKO 2016.
