Dimensional calibration of small holes

Project Description

The project will be carried out in 2 parts

Part 1: The participants are asked for their measurement equipment and more detailed expectations of the planned cooperation and they are requested to help with finding suitable artefacts or perhaps make them available.

Part 2: Basing on part 1 intercomparison measurements will be carried out in approximately cylindrical bores with diameters in the range 0,2 mm to 1 mm.

Aim of the project is to harmonize the measuring techniques on small die holes and to give hints to improve the traceability in this field.

The planned duration for part 1 is 6 months and for part 2: 15 months. Suitable artefacts for the planned intercomparison have not been found so far. Help is requested.
