Inter-comparison of reference-type static torque machines
Project Description
NIS has two reference torque machines with capacities of 20 N·m and 2000 N·m. These machines will be compared with the corresponding machines of PTB using the following equipment: torque transfer transducers of type TT1 with capacities of 1000 N·m, 10 N·m and 5 N·m as well as a torque transducers of type TB2 with a capacity of 200 N·m (cables, a bridge calibrator K148 for DMP40 and a data logger for environmental data will complete the set). The measurements will be used to support torque capability claims of NIS.
