Key comparison of air kerma standards in Cs-137 radiation beam for radiation protection

The national metrology laboratories for dosimetry quantities of Spain (CIEMAT, the Spanish Designated Institute for National Standards in Ionising Radiation), United Kingdom (NPL, The National Physics Laboratory), Sweden (SSM, Swedish Radiation Safety Authority), Norway (DSA, Norwegian Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority), and Finland (STUK, Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority) have agreed to perform a comparison in terms of air kerma in 137Cs radiation protection beams.
CIEMAT and NPL are primary dosimetry laboratories (PSDL) and the Nordic laboratories are secondary standard laboratories (SSDLs)
