Meeting on Single electron tunneling and quantum current standards

Project Description

The meeting will be combinedwith the final meeting of SETamp project, "Apllication of single electron devices for the application of a current standard", 14 and 15 September 1999.

The aim of the experts meeting will be an exchange of information on recent theoretical and technological developments in the field of SET devices. Their possible metrological application as quantum current standards, electrometers and precise capacitance charging will be discussed. The fourth meeting (the first one took place at NMi, NL, the second one at BNM-LCIE, FR, the third one at PTB, DE) is to be held at BNM-LCIE on the 16 of September 1999.
