On-site peer review ILNAS (Luxembourg) in Mass and Time & Frequency

Project Description

The laboratories for Mass and Time & Frequency of ILNAS are on their way to publish CMCs. Therefore, the Quality Management System (QMS) and the calibration and measurement capabilities have to be peer reviewed in accordance with the requirements given by ISO/IEC 17025.
Metrological experts from LNE (France) will carry out the peer review of ILNAS correspondingly to the EURAMET Guide for on-site visits by peers in the framework of CIPM MRA (G-TCQ-PRC-006).
The conclusions of the peer review and the QMS will be presented to EURAMET TC-Q during the annual meeting in 2020. 
Travel, accommodation and local costs will be covered by ILNAS (Luxembourg).

Final Report 2020-09-17

The ILNAS laboratories in the domains for Mass and Time & Frequency were peer reviewed by an on-site-visit of metrological experts from LNE (Tanguy Madec on 21 January 2020 and Giorgio Santarelli on 4 March 2020).
The peer review included the review of the accordance of requirements given by EN ISO/IEC 1725:2017 as well the CMC tables of the technical domains prepared to be presented.
Four non-conformities and five recommendations were recorded and accepted. Action plan from the laboratory was presented and estimated satisfactory.
